By accessing or using CSV Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CSV Studio ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

CSV Studio is a browser-based data transformation tool that allows you to:

• •Build data cleaning pipelines using a visual flow builder
• •Transform CSV, Excel, and XML files
• •Execute transformations locally in your browser
• •Export processed data in multiple formats

The Service operates entirely in your browser using local storage (IndexedDB). No data is uploaded to our servers.

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 No Registration Required (Current Version)

Currently, CSV Studio does not require user registration. All data is stored locally in your browser.

3.2 Future Authentication

If authentication is added in the future:

• •You must provide accurate information
• •You are responsible for maintaining account security
• •You must notify us of any unauthorized access
• •You must be at least 13 years of age

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use CSV Studio only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• ✗Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• ✗Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ✗Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• ✗Impersonate any person or entity
• ✗Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

4.2 Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

5. Intellectual Property

CSV Studio and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, code, designs, logos, and documentation) are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the data you process and the projects you create using CSV Studio. We claim no ownership over your content.

5.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CSV Studio for its intended purpose. This license does not permit you to:

• ✗Create derivative works
• ✗Sell, rent, or sublicense access to the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• •Accuracy - No guarantee that data transformations are 100% accurate

You use CSV Studio at your own risk. We recommend:

• •Maintaining backups of important data
• •Verifying transformation results before making business decisions

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• •Data loss - Loss of projects, files, or transformed data
• •Business losses - Lost profits, revenue, or opportunities
• •Indirect damages - Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
• •Service interruptions - Downtime, bugs, or errors
• •Data corruption - Incorrect transformations or processing errors

Important: Since CSV Studio operates in your browser, data loss can occur if you:

• •Clear browser storage
• •Uninstall the browser or reset your device
• •Use browser private/incognito mode without saving projects

You acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSV Studio, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• •Your use of the Service
• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any third-party rights
• •Your processing of data that violates laws or regulations

9.1 Free Tier

The current version is free to use with the following limitations:

• •3 saved projects (Free plan)
• •10,000 rows per file limit
• •Basic export formats

9.2 Paid Plans (When Available)

Future paid plans (Pro, Ultimate, Team) will offer:

• •Unlimited projects
• •Advanced transformations
• •Priority support
• •Additional export formats

9.3 Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan (when available):

• •Payments are processed via Razorpay or Stripe
• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• •Refunds subject to our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee)
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

10.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your data:

• •Clear browser storage
• •Delete projects within the app
• •Cancel your subscription (if applicable)

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if:

• •You violate these Terms
• •You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• •You abuse the Service (e.g., excessive API calls, if applicable)

We reserve the right to:

• •Modify or discontinue features
• •Update the user interface
• •Change technical requirements
• •Add or remove third-party integrations

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via in-app notifications or email (if authentication is enabled).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
